General Terms and Conditions



  1. Services: TCRS Circuit LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides computer repair and maintenance services (“Services”).
  2. Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Company and the customer (“you,” “your”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Estimates: Initial estimates for Services are provided free of charge and are based on a preliminary diagnosis. The actual cost may vary upon a detailed inspection. You will be notified and must approve any changes to the cost estimate before additional work is performed.
  4. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of Services. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. If payment is not received within 10 days, a late fee may apply.
  5. Warranty: We provide a 1 Year warranty on our Services. This warranty does not cover issues caused by software, viruses, user error, physical damage or any hardware not repaired by us.
  6. Data Loss: While we strive to protect your data, we are not responsible for data loss. We recommend that you back up your data before your device is serviced.
  7. Abandoned Property: If a repaired item is not picked up within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned and recycled. We are not responsible for abandoned items.
  8. Cancellation: Once you have agreed to our services, cancellation is not permitted. If you choose to cancel after the repair is approved, a cancellation fee will be charged. This cancellation fee will amount to the time spent on the service up to 10 hours, at a rate of $80 per hour.
  9. Shipping Liability: We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or misdelivery of items during inbound or outbound shipping. All liability for the shipment of items rests with the chosen shipping provider.
  10. Limitation of Liability: Our total liability to you for any and all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.
  11. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from any services or work performed by TCRS Circuit LLC
  12. Changes to these Terms: We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or in our store.
  13. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.


Limited Warranty Policy



Warranty Coverage:


  1. Duration: This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the original repair.
  2. Scope: The warranty applies specifically to the components repaired or replaced by TCRS Circuit and the associated labor.
  3. Remedy: In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, TCRS Circuit will, at its discretion, either:
  • Repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
  • Refund the amount paid for the original repair.


Exclusions and Limitations:


  1. Accidental Damage: This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from accidents, liquid damage, drops, or other external causes.
  2. Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications or repairs made to the MacBook after the initial repair by TCRS Circuit, which were not authorized by TCRS Circuit, will void this warranty.
  3. Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage caused by normal wear and tear.
  4. Software Issues: The warranty does not cover software-related issues, data loss, or data recovery.
  5. External Causes: This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as power surges, natural disasters, or improper electrical voltage.
  6. Data Recovery Repairs: Devices that were repaired specifically for the purpose of data recovery are excluded from this warranty. Such repairs are solely to recover data, and the long-term functionality of the device is not guaranteed.


Claim Process:


  1. Notification: Customers must notify TCRS Circuit of any defect within the warranty period, providing details of the issue encountered.
  2. Inspection: The MacBook must be returned to TCRS Circuit for inspection and validation of the warranty claim.
  3. Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed, TCRS Circuit will proceed with the appropriate remedy, either repair or refund, as deemed suitable.


Additional Provisions:



  1. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and the specific device repaired.
  2. Limitation of Liability: TCRS Circuit's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts. TCRS Circuit shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the repaired MacBook.



"Three Strikes" Update Policy

At TCRS Circuit, we understand the anticipation and concern surrounding the repair status of your valuable device. We're committed to ensuring transparent communication and providing you with updates at crucial stages of the repair process. To maintain efficiency and ensure timely repairs for all customers, we've established the following policy regarding calling for updates.


Policy Details:



  1. First Inquiry: Upon your first call for an update, we will provide you with the most recent information regarding the status of your repair. We'll also offer an estimated timeframe for the next update or the completion of the repair. We appreciate your patience and trust in our expertise.
  2. Second Inquiry: If you feel the need to check in a second time, we'll again provide you with the latest information and answer any questions you might have. We understand the importance of your device and appreciate your continued patience.
  3. Third Inquiry: On a third call for updates, we'll review your device's status and provide detailed information on the repair progress. After this third inquiry, we kindly request that you wait for our proactive update. Our team will reach out to you either upon the completion of the repair or if there are any significant developments.
  4. Fourth Inquiry: In the event of a fourth call for an update, as per our policy to maintain efficient service for all customers, your device will be packaged and returned to you in its current state. This measure ensures that our team can continue to provide high-quality service to all of our clients without disruption.

Zero Disrespect Tolerance Policy

  3. Consequences of Breach:
  • If a customer displays behavior that violates this policy, their device will be immediately prepared for return, and it will be sent back in its current state. TCRS Circuit reserves the right to cease all interactions and services immediately in such cases.
