DO NOT send a charger, laptop sleeve or any paperwork with your device. Any accessories such as those listed above sent with the device will be discarded at intake.
Please do not send the device in a box you'd like to receive back. All repairs are sent back in our packaging.
Pack your device using bubble wrap or another suitable packing material. Do not use towels, clothing, or other non shipping related materials to pack your device as they may increase the risk of shipping damage.
We'll get started on your device as soon as we receive it. After the repair is completed, we'll be in touch and you will receive a invoice via email. Repairs typically take 3-7 days with the exception of a few that may through us through a loop.
